Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all services provided by InQik ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). We are committed to delivering high-quality services and ensuring client satisfaction. Please read this policy carefully before engaging our services.
1. Nature of Services
InQik provides digital services including Google Business Profile management, web design and development, AI chatbot development, SaaS solutions, IT consulting, and related digital marketing services. These are professional services that involve immediate allocation of resources, strategic planning, and execution upon commencement.
2. Cancellation Policy
Monthly Management Services
- You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by providing 15 days written notice via email to support@inqik.com.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will continue to receive services until that date.
- No cancellation fees apply.
Annual Subscriptions
- Annual plans may be cancelled with 30 days written notice.
- Upon cancellation, services continue until the end of the paid period.
- Early termination of annual plans does not entitle a pro-rated refund for remaining months, as the annual discount was applied upfront.
One-Time / Project-Based Services
- You may cancel before work begins by notifying us in writing.
- Once project work has commenced, cancellation is subject to the refund terms below.
3. Refund Policy
Our Commitment
We stand behind our work. If we fail to deliver the specific deliverables outlined in your service agreement, we will either complete the work at no additional cost or provide a fair adjustment. Our goal is your success, not just a transaction.
When Refunds Are Available
- Before service commencement: If you cancel before any work has begun and no resources have been allocated, you are eligible for a full refund of any advance payment, minus payment gateway processing fees.
- Non-delivery: If we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to reasons attributable to us, you are eligible for a full or partial refund proportionate to the undelivered scope.
- Duplicate payment: If you are charged more than once for the same service due to a technical error, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full.
When Refunds Are Not Available
- After service delivery: Once deliverables have been completed and delivered (e.g., profile optimization completed, website delivered, posts published, reviews responded), refunds are not applicable as the service has been consumed.
- Ongoing monthly services: Fees for the current billing period are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started, as resources are allocated and work is performed continuously throughout the month.
- Partial month usage: No pro-rated refunds for partial months upon cancellation.
- Third-party costs: Fees paid to third parties on your behalf (domain registrations, ad spend, software subscriptions, etc.) are non-refundable.
- Outcome-based claims: We guarantee deliverables, not outcomes. Refund requests based on not achieving specific rankings, review counts, or revenue targets are not eligible, as these depend on external factors beyond our control.
- Client-side delays: If project delivery is delayed due to non-responsiveness, failure to provide required access, content, or approvals, the service is considered delivered as per our scope and timeline.
- False ownership claims: If your account is terminated because you falsely claimed ownership of a business you do not own or are not authorized to manage, no refund will be issued. This includes situations where you claim another party's business listing, provide fraudulent business information, or fail the ownership verification process after payment.
- Fraudulent accounts: Accounts terminated due to fraudulent activity, abuse, or violation of our Terms and Conditions are not eligible for any refund.
4. Refund Process
- Email us at support@inqik.com with your name, service details, invoice number, and reason for the refund request.
- We will review your request within 5 business days and respond with our decision.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
- Payment gateway processing fees (typically 2-3%) may be deducted from refund amounts, as these are non-recoverable charges.
5. Service Modifications
If you are not fully satisfied with our services but wish to continue working with us, we encourage you to reach out. We are happy to:
- Adjust the scope of work to better fit your needs
- Switch between service plans (Essential ↔ Growth)
- Pause services temporarily (up to 30 days per year)
- Provide additional revisions on delivered work
6. Disputes
If you are dissatisfied with our decision on a refund request, you may escalate the matter by writing to us. We will work in good faith to reach a fair resolution. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in KA, IN.
7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Existing clients will be notified of material changes via email.
