What exactly do you do?

Setup and optimization, posts and Showcases, review response within 24 hours, photo management, daily monitoring, fake review detection, local rank tracking on Google, and a one-page monthly report. You do not log into anything. We do the work.

Do you manage Apple Maps too, or just Google?

Both. Every engagement includes full Google Business Profile management and full Apple Business profile management at one flat monthly fee. We do not charge per platform.

Question 3

What about Yelp, TripAdvisor, or other directories?

We deliberately do not manage them. We focus on Google and Apple because over 95% of local search happens on those two platforms. We have written about our reasoning at insights.inqik.com. If you need a multi-directory bundle, there are agencies built for that. We are built for depth, not breadth.

Can you guarantee I will be #1 on Google?

No. Anyone who guarantees rankings is selling something they cannot deliver. Google’s algorithm changes constantly. What we can guarantee: complete profile optimization, daily monitoring, 24-hour review response, fake review reporting, and clear monthly reports showing what we did and how your visibility moved. How long until I see results?

The first month is foundation work: setup, optimization, baseline measurement. Real movement in local map rankings typically shows in 60-90 days. Apple presence is faster, because most prospects have not claimed Apple yet, and claiming alone is a step up. You get a monthly report so you can track progress.
