Local Services Ads, Google Maps Ads, and Apple Maps Ads, set up, optimized, and managed by our team. For businesses ready to invest in paid local visibility on top of strong organic profiles.
This is a separate engagement from our standard monthly Google + Apple profile management.
Local Ads is different from monthly profile management.
Monthly Profile Management
Google + Apple profile setup, optimization, posts, review responses, monitoring, monthly reports. One flat monthly fee. Cancel anytime.
Local Ads (this page)
Setup and management of paid campaigns on Google and Apple Maps. Project-based or retainer engagement. Ad spend is paid directly by you to Google or Apple. We charge a setup fee and a percentage-of-spend management fee on top.
Many of our clients use both. Strong profile plus paid placements is the most direct way to capture local intent. But you can hire us for either independently.
Four paid placement types we run for clients
We focus on local-intent paid placements. Nothing else.
Google Local Services Ads (LSA)
Pay-per-LEAD, not pay-per-click. Your business shows up above the Google Maps pack with a green Google Guarantee badge. Available for specific service categories: legal, home services, plumbing, HVAC, locksmiths, real estate, healthcare, and more.
Best for service providers who want qualified leads, not clicks.
Google Maps Ads
Promoted listings inside Google Maps search results. When customers search "salon near me" or "lawyer in [city]", your business appears at the top with a paid badge. Powered through Google Ads.
Best for competitive local categories where organic ranking alone is not enough.
Apple Maps Ads
Apple Maps new advertising platform, launching Summer 2026 in the US and Canada. Sponsored placements when customers search in Apple Maps. We are setting up clients early so they have first-mover advantage when ads go live.
Coming Summer 2026. Best for businesses targeting iPhone users.
Performance Max for Local
Google automated cross-channel campaign type optimized for businesses with physical locations. Combines Search, Maps, YouTube, Display, and Discover into one campaign aimed at driving foot traffic and store visits.
Best for multi-location businesses ready to invest at higher monthly ad spend.
Simple, spend-aligned pricing
Our Local Ads engagement is priced as a percentage of your ad spend, not a flat retainer. When you spend more, we earn more, when you pause, we stop earning. Your incentives and ours are aligned.
Setup Fee (one-time)
$500 to $1,500 depending on platform and complexity. Covers campaign creation, tracking setup, Google Guarantee verification (for LSA), audience targeting, ad copy and creative, landing page recommendations.
Management Fee (monthly)
15% to 20% of your monthly ad spend, with a $200/month floor. Covers ongoing optimization, bid management, lead-quality disputes (LSA), reporting, and strategy refinements.
Ad Spend (you pay directly)
You pay Google or Apple directly through your own ad account. We never touch your ad budget. Our fee is invoiced separately.
We recommend starting at $500 to $1,000 per month in ad spend per platform to generate enough data to optimize. Smaller budgets are possible but harder to make work.

Where we draw the line.
We are deliberately not a full-service paid media agency. We do not run Meta Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, generic Google Search Ads, programmatic display, or affiliate programs. We focus on local-intent paid placements that work alongside the Google and Apple profiles we manage. If you need broader paid media, we are not the right fit, and we will tell you that on the audit call.
What we focus on: Google LSA, Google Maps Ads, Apple Maps Ads, Google Performance Max for Local. That is it.
Common questions about Local Ads
Is Local Ads management included in my monthly InQik fee?
No. Local Ads is a separate engagement with a separate setup fee and percentage-based management fee. This is intentional, paid campaigns require dedicated work and clear cost transparency. Your monthly profile management fee covers organic visibility on Google and Apple. Paid placements are scoped separately.
How do you charge for Local Ads management?
A one-time setup fee ($500 to $1,500) plus an ongoing management fee of 15% to 20% of your monthly ad spend (with a $200/month minimum). You pay Google or Apple directly for the ad spend itself, we never handle your ad budget. This pricing aligns our incentives with yours: more results means more spend means more management fee.
Who pays for the ad spend?
You pay Google or Apple directly. The credit card on file with the ad platform is yours, not ours. We never touch your ad budget. Our fee covers strategy, setup, optimization, and reporting only.
What is the minimum ad spend?
We recommend at least $500/month per platform to generate meaningful data. Smaller budgets are possible but harder to scale. We will tell you upfront if your situation is not a good fit.
How long until I see results?
LSA can generate leads in week 1 once Google Guarantee verification clears (which can take 2 to 4 weeks). Google Maps Ads typically shows performance signals in 2 to 3 weeks. Apple Maps Ads is too new to predict, early movers will benefit from less competition.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Local Ads engagements are month-to-month after the initial setup. You pause the ads anytime through your own ad account. Our management fee stops at end of month.
